I paid over $7 for 3-5 day shipping I ordered the product on Sept 9 for an event I had on Sept 19...it showed up in my mail today Sept 23...14 days after I ordered it obviously I didn’t get to do what I needed since it didn’t show up...could you refund my order and I can just send it back it’s useless to me now

This package never arrived at my house, and that has never happened the 25 years I have been alive. So I message the seller and he was zero help at all. I contacted my postal office but of course they are very busy and said they would get back to me two weeks ago. The seller refused to refund me my $20. Beware he does not negotiate or compensate his customers. Lost $20 and ruined my god daughters first birthday cake.
