Great customer service. What a great item for customizing cakes.

I was lucky it came in one piece and not cracked cause it was only sent in a bubble mailer and not with a piece of cardboard and didn’t even say do not bend on package. We shall see how it turns out. Would have given more stars but the shipping packaging wasn’t the greatest.

Very impressed with the quality and arrived quickly.
